Booking Process

A reservation is considered valid and confirmed only when:
• Payment has been successfully processed.
• A confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.
Feel & Discover Algarve reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or force majeure circumstances.
Prices and VAT
All prices displayed on the website:
- Are shown in Euros (€).
- Include VAT at the legal rate applicable in Portugal.

May be updated without prior notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available through the platform.
- Feel & Discover Algarve does not store full credit card information on its servers.
Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend the activity (“no-show”) results in no refund.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions or safety concerns determined by the company:
• Customers may reschedule the activity at no additional cost; or
• Receive a full refund.
Feel & Discover Algarve shall not be liable for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental restrictions, maritime authority decisions, or unforeseen operational constraints.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 17(l) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period.
By completing a booking for a dated tourism activity, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
• Inform the company of any relevant medical conditions.
• Respect safety equipment usage requirements.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
Feel & Discover Algarve shall not be held liable for:
• Loss or damage of personal belongings during activities.
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Portuguese law.
Insurance
Feel & Discover Algarve holds:
• Civil Liability Insurance – Policy No. [Insert Number]

Insurance coverage complies with Portuguese tourism regulations.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
